hello. I just wanna come on here and let everybody know to watch out for this dealership. They may have good cars, But anything that has a good price and seems like a good deal is not a good deal. My financial supervisor or whatever told me that I’d have a 48 month term(4years). And you know we’re going over the paperwork he told me that when we did the tablet thing that I clicked the 60 month term. But I know dang well I didn’t do that so just be careful when shopping by yourself. Especially when you’re young like me. Also, another thing is I took my car into this dealership right after I got it because something was wrong with it and they told me that nothing was wrong with it, but I know there’s something wrong with. You’ll have better luck with the pawn shop down the road at pack rats. i’m leaving a second star Because of the guy who took care of my car, (Eric and Kent). He was very nice, very respectful and it was super amazing at selling a car. I don’t have any animosity towards most of these people at dealerships cause I like to have trust in them.

We were walking around on the car lot for a good 20 minutes or more opened many SUVs doors that were unlocked. People, workers were walking around everywhere but no one acknowledged us, no hello no can I help you.
Don't know how to rate them. I am really interested in a vehicle.

I recently had repair work done on my ‘17 Silverado at Estle Chevrolet in Defiance. My service rep was Brandon Bell. I’ve experienced customer service at other dealerships that leave a lot to be desired. You have to call more than once only to find the work is not complete yet. Brandon isn’t like that. He kept me informed through the entire process. He called me to say when my truck would be finished and it was out front ready when I got to the dealership. Brandon went through the bill step by step and answered my questions. Brandon even took the truck through the car wash for me. I strongly recommend the next time you need your vehicle serviced reach out to Brandon Bell at Estle Chevrolet in Defiance. He will show you the same professionalism he showed me.

Bought a 2021 Chevy Traverse in November of 2024 with around 65-70k miles on it. October of 2025 transmission needs replaced at 85k miles. Don’t recommend Chevy or this dealership for their lack of help or response for a quote when contacted about our issue.

Outstanding. I made this transaction from another state. Therefore, until I physically took possession of the vehicle at the dealership, all of my interactions with Bri were accomplished via phone, text or emails. I found her to be timely and knowledgeable in all of those responses.
