Last month I purchased a '24 F150 from Exceptional and had the pleasure of working with Zack. I live about 1.5 hours north of them and found them while searching for a 150. Zack was very friendly. He answered all my questions, even sent me some extra pics of the truck. I drove down and test drove it and arranged to return to purchase it. The experience was great. I am very pleased with the truck and would recommend Zack and the Exceptional Team.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, but buyer beware on purchases. You buy as is. Our vehicle developed several issues as we drove away. Cruise control stopped working and shudder in the transmission. Not recommend a purchase here.

I absolutely love this place. I just totaled my kia (which i also bought from there and was fantastic) and immediately just went back to exceptional. They had a Nissan Altima that caught my eye and before I even KNEW that my car was confirmed totaled they had it on hold for me until I figured it out. Zach and Angela were amazing. Even went above and beyond to get me the lowest rate possible! I would recommend them to anyone around. My Kia was my absolutely favorite car and showed me no problems what so ever the 2 years that I had it. And im hoping the best for the Nissan as well. <3 thank you guys so much! Youre amazing!

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Exceptional Motor Car. They sold me a truck with electrical problems and a faulty torque converter. Less than 1,000 miles later, the oil pump went bad and now it needs a new motor. They also promised to fix the oxygen sensors and I haven't received a call back on that either. The truck has been in their shop multiple times to fix the electrical problem, but it’s still present. This is completely unacceptable and I would not recommend buying from Exceptional Motor Car.

I called this dealership about a specific SUV, and was privileged with the best customer service from Jacob. He was so knowledgeable about the cars, he was not pressuring in any way, just really helpful. We drove from Michigan to the dealership and were amazed at the amount of cars on the lot, they said numbers are down to 185, but they have a huge shipment coming. There price was over $5,000 less than another Lot I looked at. But to be honest, Jacob’s services were the selling point for me and my husband and we are so happy with our new SUV.
