Our girl that we usually go to is not available to cut my grandson's hair today. But we had a great experience. Who was worried at first because my grandson has sensory issues and was worried because it was not our regular girl. We would have a meltdown. And though he did ask a couple times where she was. And the other girl know what Bree usually does. And the lady followed her exact steps and tricks that work. Which allowed him to have a great experience. Which made us have a perfect day.

My husband grew his hair out for 3 years. Asked for buzzed sides with length to pull his hair back on the top and they chopped ALL HIS HAIR OFF.
The stylist lied to their manager about what my husband asked for, we got our money back but I'm sure it was no skin off her back because she still got tipped. Literally looked like an 8 year old cut his hair, maybe that girl should stick to kids cuts so she has an excuse for her work to look like this.

Dawn was amazing with my daughter, but Lily…with my son…not so much. He wanted a simple fohawk, around his ears we’re not trimmed or the back of his neck. I’m going to have to take him somewhere to get the $20 hair cut fixed. Ugh

Girl told me may have lice hairspray buildup and or fungus. I should go to doc. Change my water supply. Buy clarifyer. Claimed she was OCD and told a guy his combover not appropriate. Found her overbearing and wanted to tip other worker that looked exhausted after dealing with her. Left with a cut she insisted on not as I requested. Young green not a peep person and too obnoxious
