“A few years ago Stambaugh Jewlers help me design a ring from my mother’s diamond ring. I have cherished this beautiful ring with all my heart. I do wear it everyday day and because of that I broke off a prong. Thank you Doug for bringing it back to its beautiful glory! All of you are amazing! Thank you Emilee for your help today! Love all of you for all your TLC and kindness.”

“Kay’s made a very bad situation turn out very well for us. We forgot to take my wife’s ring that we purchased new less than a year ago back for a six month check up. When we did end up taking it back, we found two diamonds missing, and they were generous enough to replace them for us at no cost. We have always purchased all of our jewelry at Kay’s and have always had good customer service and help. They kept in contact with us while they had the ring and let us know when it would be ready. Thank you for all your hard work.”
