Amazing people. At summer camp with my sons Scout troop. My truck was a crank no start on Wednesday morning. They came all the way out to the camp; towed the truck back to the shop; figured out that I got more water than fuel from the Shell station in Dephlos, Ohio; repaired the truck; and finally towed it back to me first thing Thursday morning. Professional, courteous, honest and extremely helpful. The repair cost was fair as were the cost of the tows.

Best service place by far. The owner John is a great guy who knows his stuff. All his mechanics know what they are doing. Never had a bad experience here and I will always do business with them. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

My car died on the side of a busy road and I didn't understand why. I was very frustrated when I called to schedule a tow to my auto shop. The dispatcher was super nice. The driver, I do not remember his name sadly, was kind enough to listen when I explained what the car was doing, or not doing and what I had tried. He then tried to start the car, jumped it, followed me to the shop, and helped explain to the shop techs what happened. I DO NOT SPEAK CAR, and I very much appreciated the help. I also appreciated that he followed me to make sure I was OK, and then only charged a service call cause I could drive my car! My friend that was waiting with me, and I will now always call you guys first! So great!

Excellent! Had a disabled car stuck at the high school at 8:45pm and they got there and had it to my house by 9:27! The two guys who showed up were very nice and professional!

We had a blowout tire situation on our Cadillac on I-75 about 2 weeks ago to make a long story short with many other road side assistance and other towing businesses and 2 very helpful State patrol officer's and 4 and a half hours later still in our car ,we connected with johns towing and instant great communication they appeared as soon as they could, loaded up on a flat bed and delivered to Estle Chevrolet in Defiance. Thanks again to a great, professional driver and young man COWIN

Scheduled my van for repair. Fuel leak over the fuel tank area. Needed to bring it a few days earlier than scheduled bc of going out of state for the weekend. The young lady who scheduled me was very friendly and understanding of the circumstances.
Van was found to be non-repairable bc of frame being exceedingly rusted. To me, that speaks integrity rather than dodging the job as 2 shops priorly had done without presenting the facts.
