awful place. sells shitie cars that break down and then refuse to fix it or help fix it at all . these people are the shytiest place to get a car. save your money and time and get a junkyard car, its probably more reliable then what they have .

Please careful getting a loan through them especially if you got a trade in. Do your own math before signing the loan agreement!!

They were very easy to work with, no rush into buying, but was right there with answers to our questions. They spent a little over 3 hours with us and we enjoyed every bit of it. Our favorite rep was Eddy, so be sure to ask for him. Everyone was so friendly, we will be recommending LPK to anyone looking for a vehicle! Thank you for your amazing customer service, and making our purchase smooth!

Lease prices advertised seem very disingenuous. I have leased over 25 cars and understand the calculations and disclosures very well. Nobody could explain to me the bridge to the price 2x higher than advertised (and again, this is far from my first lease). Great sellers market - not sure why they need they why they feel the need to advertise like this?!?!

Regardless whether it is a new or used vehicle, a full tank of gas is considered a normal courtesy when purchasing a $45,000+ vehicle. If the dealership is so cheap as to not fill up your car with the sale, makes you wonder what else they're doing to screw you. Only reason for 2 stars is Angela in Finance, who made the long distance transaction easy.

i was in the process of puchasing a 2016 camaro ss from derrow chrysler dodge, i am 3 hours from them and had them check my credit and was approved within 30 minutes, told them i had a trade in vehicle which i agreed on the price of trade in and told them i would be down in 8 days to purchase and was going to leave a deposit since they are only open till 7pm weekdays and couldnt make it till saturday morning, told them i would leave a deposit that i want it, the internet manager lindsey texts me back and tells me that they would need more money down to finance now and payments will be a little higher than they quoted me and she also said they cant hold car for me till i can get down there. i would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

I went to Derrow over a month ago to have a panel replaced on a new Jeep. I was ready to pay full price for the part but they suggested that it may be covered under warranty. They took pictures and sent them into the warranty department. This is where the lack of professionalism began. They never followed-up with me. I had made 6 calls to them over the past several weeks. 1st they said the service manager was on vacation and sent everything in and didn't have an answer. Then I was told someone was sick and couldn't get the information until they got back. Then I was told the photo they took on my vin didn't come out very well and needed another photo. I have called to inquire on updates and have pleaded for a return phone call back. They STILL have never called back. Everyone in service that I have called "Promised" to call me back, they still haven't. I have never seen such disregard in customer service my entire life. This Jeep was my 14th vehicle of which they will never see anymore of my business. BUYER BEWARE!!!

In hindsight I suppose I could've told my wife NO. I could've driven her even further than the hour it took us to get to this dealership. I could've tried to talk her into a color of car that everyone had instead of coming here. I didn't ..... so this is partially my fault. In fairness though, I told the salesman directly " if she's not happy, NO ONE WILL BE!" They delivered her brand new Charger filthy and without floor mats, license plate bracket and owners manual. This was Thursday evening, "come back up to Defiance on Tuesday next week and we will detail your car, fill the tank and install your license plate bracket on the front." Following Thursday- salesman still apologizing and promising to make it right. Three weeks later and here's the status - they had a runner drop off the floor mats and plate bracket the following week. I had to install the bracket myself. Car has still not been detailed and has the manufacturers markings on wheels and windows still. Salesman has made NO ATTEMPT to contact us since the detailer they said they were going to use told us he'd be happy to do it but he hasn't been paid by dealership for previous work!!! Drive as far as you have to, to get the color and model you or your Mrs wants, Just don't drive to Vision in Defiance. Extremely Disappointed.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! This dealership has to be one of the shadiest places I have ever tried to buy a car. I went to test drive a new van and to find out what lease programs where running. I spoke to a sales person and told them my budget. When they brought up a vehicle to test drive the sticker was way above my price range. I asked the sales person what was the base price of the model and he told me don't worry about it they would make it work. As I test drove the vehicle I knew there was no way I could afford it and didn't appreciate that I was trying to be pushed into something. When I got back to the dealership they asked if I wanted to run the numbers and I said NO I would like to shop around. They tried to convince me other wise and I again said no thank you, and that was that. WRONG, about 3 weeks later I get a letter in the mail form one of the credit bureaus saying thank you for applying for auto finance. They ran both my husbands and I's credit without consent. Never do business with them!

Recently purchased a 2017 Pacifica from Vision. Our salesperson Luke Rittenhouse was informative, polite, fair and enjoyable. It was a Saturday and very busy. Yet he did all he could to pass the time as we waited for the financing manager was available. The transaction itself was quite smooth. Went back to Luke 10 days later and purchased a used van also. This young man is the one you want to have sell you your vehicle. He really cares about being sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. The owner and other staff members were very kind and a lot of fun. Vision is the place to go!!!!!!

I took my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee to them because it would start then shut off. They told me that they thought it was my key needing reprogrammed. I took it there either the instructions to test it if it's not the key not to work on it. After two weeks I call back because I hadn't heard anything from them. They tell me they haven't gotten to it yet. Once again I tell them not to fix anything if it's not the key. About two days later I get a call saying it wasn't the key they have to test more things to figure out what it is. I tell them not to I'll be back to pick up the jeep. I go pick up the jeep they have the dash tore apart the inside door handle no longer works and they try and charge me 1.5 hours fort the work they did. I told them I told them they wasn't supposed to work on anything if it wasn't the key. They basically called me a lier and said I never told them that from the service writer and the service manager. Warning will try and rip u off and overcharge you!!!!!
