I drove down from Michigan to pick up a clean pre-owned Transit Connect they had online. I took it for a drive and, believe it or not, my salesperson, Hector, and owner, Wes, had me driving away 30 minutes later. Mind you, I had already picked up my insurance certificate, anticipating the purchase. Nonetheless, as one who buys a number of vehicles for his business each year, this was the fastest transaction I have had in 49 years of buying and selling cars. They are a solid dealer.

I worked with Phil for an out of state purchase. Phil was honest, helpful, and the experience at the actual dealership was exactly as I’d hoped, we were able to get all paperwork done and the vehicle was in perfect condition - in and out in an hour!

I found a vehicle online at Mark Moats Ford. I called and spoke with Wes and he answered all my questions. The dealership is approximately 100 miles from my home. A couple of days later I went down to see the car and test drive it. It was exactly what I wanted. We proceeded with getting the paperwork started. I left and went to lunch and when I returned, all the paperwork was ready to go. We signed the papers and we’re on our way. Throughout the whole encounter, Wes was great to work with, and I would highly recommend buying a car from this dealership.

I have waited many years to buy a new Ford. I went to Mark Moats Ford and bought a new full sized Bronco.. in beautiful green. it is better than my jeep in every way. it's quieter more powerful with more modern electronics and interfaces with my iphone better.rides better gets better gas mileage.

Got a 2015 Lincoln navigator l with 169k miles for 11k out the door Phil was extremely nice and the vehicle was exceptionally clean they said it had no stored codes on the 2nd day of owning the vehicle the check engine light came on on the 4th day the dash lit up like a Christmas tree as the wheel speed sensor is going out going on day 8 and so far no other problems or complaints
