Menards had been my favorite place to shop since they opened here in Defiance, Oh. until they changed their check out system . I had over $70 in merchandise and after paying the cashier then having to bag all the stuff myself I neglected to get the receipt out of the machine myself and lost out on my $7 rebate. My own fault but I will be doing more business at Lowe's.

Spend time buying in store. Cashier check out my purchase. Ok then I have to.bag my stuff. Poor quality of.service!! Didn't ask if I needed help.and I had large heavy purchases. I won't be back.

Had to get the only doors I did not want for my home build because despite them saying online and on the display doors in store that they had them in the stain I needed they actually do not. I want to cry. I can not be put back 6 weeks over doors I was told were in stock. So I just get the ugliest hardest to clean ones because that's actually all they had.
