I am extremely happy that O'Reilly's Auto parts is in Defiance. They carry a wide range of parts and great prices. I am extremely happy with the service on finding the right parts and even listing options for other parts available.
They have a employee by the name of Calvin Ankney that really knows his parts and what the store has to offer. The guy does a wonderful job for that business

Went in to buy air filter. Couldn't find the right one on the shelf so went to the front desk. Employee was texting and never acknowledged me. He made a couple of steps toward the counter never looking up or stopped texting and stopped again. I waited for a while and then just walked out. I was the only customer in the store.
