Bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze from them a few months ago in 2024. I paid 6 or $7,000 for it. I never expected it to be a perfect car. I’ve just had too many issues with it with only putting a little over 5,000 miles on it. The vents smoke more often than not when I use the heat, there is a coolant and an oil leak somewhere. The transmission makes a funny noise going into first gear when I first start driving it for the day. Already had to replace the thermostat and soon will probably have to replace the bearings too….
The people working the office were nice, just wish I was told about these issues before, and definitely with I would’ve paid way less.
UPDATE: this update is for Risner, I’ve spent over $2000 fixing the issues, I have all the receipts if you would like to reimburse me for the repairs :)

Purchased a car from there back in January. Have had nothing but issues with it . The mechanics would fix the wrong things multiple times or this last time not fix it and make it worse. Last time I picked up my car from them both mechanics back there were stoned. I kept getting told oh sometimes older cars have a lot of issues . The last time I allowed them to work on my car I ended up calling them and making someone come to my house to fix the problem that they made worse. which they yet again did a temporary fix that lasted all of one day. I ended up taking my car to another mechanic who actually fixed the same problem I've been having for months . They might have great customer service but I will never allow their mechanics to work on a vehicle of mine again, nor will I ever purchase a vehicle from them again.

Sold my loan to another company, was able to transfer my auto payment but didn't, now because of them going behind my back I'm a payment late in the matter. Will not be doing business with them again.
