I have now recently tried to use the coin machine at this location on two separate occasions. The first time I arrived shortly after 4:30pm and was informed that the machine was closed for the day. I came today 6/16/23 at 4:10pm after just getting off work and was told the coin machine had been closed early today. If you are going to offer the use of the coin machine to the customers with accounts here it would be nice if you would not close the machine whenever it is convenient for you.

The north side on clinton street is the worst state bank I've ever been at. I advise you Use the one in the middle of town alot more friendly people and excellent service

Opened an account a month ago. They never signed my acct up for online banking or e statements even though I went through all the steps to do this. I haven’t even received my card yet and they charge a fee if you don’t satisfy certain requirements which is impossible without a card or online banking! Worst customer service ever! I even had to go back to the bank the last time I was there bc they carelessly dropped my ID on the floor.

I love my bank all of the workers are very friendly and polite I will never change for another bank this will always be my bank
