It WAS indeed an experience. I've never used a dealer service center. There's definitely a learning curve. Next time I'll keep a better eye on my phone. Missed the text about needing my response to an optional filter replacement. Oops...It was all so streamlined. Everything from signing in to payment was done in one spot. All I had to do was find the lounge, and watch TV for an hour and a half. Best break I had all day.

Recently purchased a 2023 Silverado 1500 with 17k miles from Stykemain. The overall purchasing process was fine, but they won't bend on any pricing, which is fine.
The issue I have is that not a week later we were on vacation with the new truck and pulling a camper, when several dash lights went off. I had an engine light, and several services stopped, including traction control, and the acceleration slowed to a crawl. Inspection at a local dealer where we were revealed several historical codes, including 1 misfire. None of this was disclosed by Stykemain although they had supposedly completed a multipoint inspection prior to the sale.
If you buy from here, you absolutely must have the vehicle checked out by a 3rd party before purchase. My emails to the owner after purchase have also gone unanswered.

Second time coming out of there empty handed because of not enough credit history yet my payment history is exceptional never was asked for a cosigner just told to try an auto loan. 8 grand for a 12 year old car.

We bought a 2021 Chevy equinox and they were really nice to us and told us all the stuff they would do. We still love the car but there customer service sucks and nobody wants to communicate within the dealership. We were told that they would remove the screw and touch up the back rear damage. So we got it back and they didn't pop the bumper back in before painting and got paint on the black and chrome part. They also left a drip mark on it. I popped the bumper back in place which took a minute at most. To me this is unprofessional and I won't be buying another car from them.
