$50 rental guarantee so you’d think they’d make sure truck was ready? Nope, hours of store don’t match hours online. Went to pick up truck at rented time, store is closed. Was doing mobile pickup, got through entire process, had my card charged and couldn’t get keys. Wasted 30 minutes on the phone with Uhaul for nothing. Truck is here, paid for, but no keys nor any of the extra items I paid for. Wasted time trying to pickup and trying to fix corporate’s mistake. Tried telling them there wasn’t a pickup key box but they insisted there must be. Not the owner’s fault, he has updated his hours repeatedly with uhaul, regional service knew they were different but corporate didn’t. The regional service reps were rude though. Once I got to meet with the owner, I finally managed to get some moving done and he did all he could to make things right for the hassle.
