Next day package wasn’t delivered on time. Saying it’s weather related there’s no problems between me and the location

Driver continues to not deliver packages. We've filed a couple complaints and nothing has been done. We've watched him sit at then end of our driveway and drive away without dropping off the package. We then get a notice it is at the Defiance location and we have to go pick it up ourselves. Very frustrating!
