I just want to give a shout out to my carrier Susan P who delivers mail on the south side of Defiance. She usually always delivers my mail the same time each day (through rain, snow, or sunshine) and delivers ALL my packages with care. Thanks for being a great and caring mail carrier. It is noticed and appreciated. :)

Patricia was very helpful with getting me my package! Great customer service from her, she went above and beyond to do what she could to locate my package. 10/10 service from her!

Had an overnight package that got there a day late not only that those were signature but it went to my mailbox the paper they give you and didn't even come to the front door to be signed!
