We have been coming here for years and have had a great experience each time. Especially this week, my family and I came in needing upgrades and Raul did an awesome job helping us and explaining everything easily. I felt like he was doing his best to help us and didn’t push anything if we didn’t want it. He was awesome!

We had a very pleasant experience at the Defiance Verizon store. Joey Casias assisted us. He was very knowledgeable and knew the products he was selling. He answered all our questions and helped us fix a few things on our phone. We were very pleased with the excellent service he provided.
