Bought vehicle on FB Marketplace. Defiance is a 3 hour drive for me and I wanted it delivered. LPK took extra time on communicating with extra pics and answered all questions I had. LPK delivered the vehicle in an ice storm with an unbeatable rate. The vehicle was exactly what I expected [even better]. Well done LPK. ?. Ask for Rob Martinez. Rob went above and beyond. Great salesman to work with. No pressure at all. Hard to come buy these days.

They did a good job but it took far too long. My car was fixed as it was supposed to be, but what started out as a half hour oil change turned into a 5 hour oil change and spark plug job. Was not happy as I was told the spark plug deal would take 2 hours. They offered me a ride home where I sat for 4 hours.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is one of the biggest scam dealerships you could ever run across. First of all, they cannot keep sales people, or sales managers because of one person in there. One person messes up everything so badly that nobody can stand to work there. Nobody makes any money there either because of this person. his name is Tom and if you see him approaching you while you were looking for a vehicle, your best bet is to just leave the Dealership. He will talk over you, he will brush you off, and he will treat you like you’re stupid. You can tell he has zero people skills and you can tell he is used to stepping on everybody just to make sure he gets what he wants. I have never interacted with a more unprofessional general manager than Tom. He will make your promises that he has no intention of keeping, and he is so unbelievably pushy that it makes you just wanna turn around and walk right out the door. Please please, please, don’t shop here. Or if you do, request that Tom stay away.

I went in, service was awesome, got my jeep and was on my way in under 2 hours! Other places I've bought vehicles from have taken 3 or more hours, so I was extremely impressed! I don't have the greatest credit, but they got me financing with no problems!

Salesman was great and friendly and we worked out a good deal I thought. Found a few issues, bought it Friday 9/1 and found out that night horn and right headlight doesn’t work. Changed bulb and checked fuses, no change. These two items should’ve been caught by service department. Monday, engine light came on, c121 code. Powertrain Control Module. Other code was evap, so probably gas cap. Google says to unhook battery for a couple hours which may fix light and horn. The C121shows it was stored, may be old or they reset it hoping it was a fluke. If it needs a new PCM it’s over a $1000. Time will tell.Salesman 5 starsService Dept 2 starsDealership TBD, know the car was bought as is, but your customer should be able to go more than a few days without issues.
