Horrible store.
Wish I could give them 0 stars. 1 feels like to much for this place.
I ran out of gas directly in front of this store. I ran inside to buy a gas can but did not have enough cash, so I ran back to my car to get more money. The second he seen I had a 100 dollar bill, he called for a manager so I figured ok that's fine he needs it checked whatever. No I was wrong. I was told unless I want to spend most of all my money, then they will not sell me anything. Just because I had a 100 dollar bill. They want 400 dollars for a 50 dollar part but can not even give out change. What is this store coming to. I had a broke down car and they are a car part store, yet I could not even buy somthing for my car. Even in distress. I will never go back. BTW my item was $30 dollars, not like $1.50.

So after getting the runaround from the Marion location for 2 days in a row I was desperate to get my under warranty battery replaced because obviously ir was dead and I had very limited times it was going to starrI contacted this location gave them the warranty information and within 25 minutes had my battery under warranty replaced awesome job very happy because after my dealings with the Marion location I was to the point where I would probably never buy anything from Advance Auto again but this location helped turn it around awesome service highly recommend

I called to ask a question and whoever answered the phone was SO incredibly rude. He treated me like I was an idiot because I wasn’t sure of the size of my engine.

I entered the store and was immediately taken care of. The store was clean and looked nice and tidy. The salesperson was so very helpful and courteous and was very excited to help me. I was at the store on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at around 10 AM.

Jake was truly a 5 star employee. Respectful and efficient. I was in and out of there. He helped me out even tho it was like 500 degrees outside. give the man a raise!!!!!!
