I am hesitant to torpedo a business because I've been a small business owner in the past, but golly, this one deserves it. In May-June 2023, my wife and I decided to get new phones because AT&T was running a promotion - turn in your old Samsung Galaxy phone and get a new one for free. We both had older phones, so it seemed like a good deal. Too good to be true? Yes, indeed. It took 5 visits to this location and various phone calls to AT&T to finally get the order placed and our new phones. My wife went without a phone for 2 weeks due to their ordering screwups. Paying taxes is easier than what we went through.Now...the clincher and the reason for the review at this time. It's 9 months later and we've been getting charged each month for the phones when they should have been free. The credit was never correctly applied to my phone. It was initially correct for my wife's phone but then inexplicably lapsed after 2 months. Since then, we've moved and now have to dig through a mountain of boxes to find receipts/information/proof of the promotion and the transactions. Now we have to waste more of our lives dealing with the inept employees at this location and AT&T's general definciencies on top of it. It's an hour drive each way, so if this turns into multiple trips we may just end up selling everything and living off grid in the Alaskan bush.

Very helpful young lady assisted with my son's broken phone screen. She helped us and got us on the right track with what he needed. With her help my son was able to get his phone fixed the same day using insurance.

Switching mobile carriers can be about as enjoyable as a root canal. My family’s experience at this location was not only painless, it was fun!Lydia and Trey made the process of coming to AT&T from another service provider extremely easy. They even helped to entertain our 4 year old full-of-energy son while we went through the different plans and options. They really went above and beyond.I think it is worth noting, that I came to this location after first going to a big box store. I purchased all my devices from that big box store and had to come to this location to get everything properly set up. (The big box store did not port any line over correctly). Lydia and Trey spent 2 hours taking care of what needed to be done. Neither of them directly profiting from the sales of the devices or services, or receiving any spiffs. They just took the time to help because it was the right thing to do.This is a great store that employs some great people.

I went to the AT&T store in Delaware Ohio to turn in my 3 trade in phones after a bad experience with AT&T customer service on the phone. I was greeted by a Lydia who helped me process the returns. She was super friendly, very knowledgeable on the process, and very helpful. She is a gem of an employee and AT&T needs to hold onto her. It put my faith into AT&T and hope for her generation because of her. Whatever you are paying her it is not enough.Sincerely,AT&T customerMalcolm Emmons

I would give 0 stars if I could. Called the store a few minutes after opening and asked about getting a Google phone. She told me she would have to call me back in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, I gave a call back because I hadn't heard anything. She was extremely rude and condescending. She said that she was helping another customer at the moment and was the only person in the store and promptly hung up on me. If that were true, she should've never answered the phone and helped the customer!

UPDATE DO NOT PURCHASE SERVICE WITH AT&Tit's been a couple days since my original review. Things have only gotten worse as it seems the stores have no technical ability, and phone support only makes things worse.Their apps and account show one thing and then they claim another. Buying a new phone with them results in pre opened broken hardware that no one can help with. Your only option is to do a buyers remorse and hope they refund the money as no one can replace stuff they send that is broken.Having worked in tech support for 15 years, they have all their systems setup to make life harder and frustrated you. No one knows what they are doing or can help. It took them less than 7 days to drive us to look for a different carrier.The in store person we worked with acted like our requests were a burden on them. I can understand being tired from a long day and looked past it, but throughout our interaction she was short and not personable. As someone with customer service experience she at no point showed any empathy or willingness to help. She seemed glad to tell us she couldn't help and instead referred us to call on for assistance.My recommendation would be to avoid any in person interactions and call in as the phone staff was far and away better at helping and with customer service skills.Knowledge 5/10Customer service 2/10Logging the interaction 0/10 (did not log the interaction which would trigger a survey)

We went into the store because online messed up my account. Sasha was more than amazing helping us get my account straightened out and upgraded my daughter’s phone. This isn’t the first time Sasha has helped my family and I and as much as we hate upgrading (the process), he always makes the process painless.

I went into the store with billing issues from a different store. I was pretty angry, but Lydia was methodical in breaking down the issues, called customer service and resolved my problem. Lydia is the gold standard for customer care. It was a pleasure.
