I never leave reviews but I wanted to let people know what helpful, professional and caring people work at Bob Sumerei! I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone!
My story - I was driving on 71 when my tire exploded - I had to be somewhere within the hour so I needed to deal with the tire asap and couldn’t wait in AAA. I drove to the nearest tire place I could find and they were rude and not helpful at all - they basically told me they couldn’t help and didn’t know who could. I left and drove to Bob’s and despite not having my tire in stock, they took the time to come look at the damage and call another shop for me. Then, even though I wasn’t going to be receiving service from them, they were nice enough to let me leave my car at the shop (I had to leave asap) and hold my keys for my until my car was able to be towed to the other shop. All around really great people and I sincerely appreciated their effort, especially after the complete lack of interest or help I received from a nearby tire shop. Thank you!!!!
