I was looking for a space to park a summer car, didn't want to necessarily pay a covered unit but just a open space, phoned Jug Storage and he had spaces along the curb to park vehicles, the prices, availability and location was great, his availability was 24/7 which was great when needed the space at the last minute !! Will definitely reach out again when storage space is needed in the further.

I would recommend Brown Jug Storage to anyone looking. When I was inquiring for my daughter about space, price, hours, etc, the gentleman I spoke with was fantastic. He took the time to answer my questions and made me feel that my business was appreciated. We have been renters for almost a year now, and I have been nothing but happy.

This place worked great for me when I was in between leases and needed a place to store my belongings. It was reasonably priced and easy to access. Would definitely recommend!

Prices keep going up service is the same. No lights on one side of the units.

The units aren’t actually sealed to the elements. You can’t store anything that you don’t want rodents and insects getting into.

The award you have listed on your website for best storage facility in Delaware, does not exist. 100% photoshopped! It's sad and unfortunate that you would intentionally try to deceive prospective customers by giving yourself an award that isn't real.

This place messed up everything from day one for me. The first of the month I called about a storage unit. They had one available. He ran my credit card and then proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t available until the 10th but that they didn’t pro-rate so I still had to pay for the whole month. Then, they charged my card twice. (we decided to just keep the credit on there and I wouldn’t be charged me for the next month ). When the movers and I arrived on the 10th about 10:30, there was still a lock on the garage unit that I purchased. I made a call to Brown Jug. Long story short, I ended up having to get a different storage unit somewhere else.I called to let him know and ask him to refund the two charges that he had charged me. I received one and waited an extra day and still had not received the other so I called back. I’m not even going to mention what he said to me, how rudely he talk to me, or the language that he used as he screamed at me. Never again at this place!. Please be weary.
