We took our new puppy here on the recommendation of a friend. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were very helpful as we try to figure out how to travel internationally with the dog.

Dr. Franks is outstanding. We have gone to Castleton Way for many years with cats and dogs. He always provides options but recommends a more conservative approach. The emergency vet wanted to do immediate surgery, but we are so glad we consulted Dr. Franks. We didn't do immediate surgery based on his recommendation, and our dog recovered much quicker and saved us a ton of money. The staff are polite and caring and always listen.

Took my dog to Dr. Chris for the first time. I was so impressed with his knowledge and the time he took explaining my dogs condition, what may have caused it and how to take care of her. He even went the extra mile in cutting her pills in half for me. I got the feeling of being back at the vets when I was young. Good memories. Great vet and great service and the charges were very reasonable. Will I go back? You bet and best of all my dog loved him. Jody the receptionist is the best. Thanks for the great service!

Have brought my cats here for years.Dr. Frank is very caring towards mu cats. Jody has always been pleasant on the phone and in person.

Dr Franks can tell more with a touch than many can with all the fancy equipment.They feel like family.I don't think you are going to find a more reasonably priced vet service.

We have gone to Dr Franks for over 12 years / He & Jody are the ABSOLUTE best / They have laughed with us on our best days & comforted us on our worst / They are both irreplaceable and any pet that they care for are extremely blessed / They treat you as if you are a part of their own families & your pets like they are their own!

Just called to get my pup and appt first time patient not an emergency and she made up some lame excuse about they dr trying to get the surgeon to call him for his own dog l. I dont recommend this place

I think very highly of Dr. Franks and Jodi and the rest of the staff. They've always taken very good care of my cats. I would recommend this veterinary practice to anyone needing a loving, knowledgeable doctor for their pet
