Central Storage is selling off its properties, which is displacing long-term, good-paying tenants and leaving them with nowhere to go. Central Storage has a notorious track record in Delaware for not fixing anything, being rude over the phone, and charging ridiculous prices. I have family and friends who rent from them, and in the 10+ years that my family member has lived there, almost nothing has been fixed—same with my friends' rentals. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a rental, as I believe Central Storage may be nearing the end of its business.

Rental Properties: They told me I had to have a 630 credit score, after I applied and paid the app fee.. to the lady who works in the office FHA is a 620, so please don't tell potential homeowners they can't own a house with a 630 credit score.. 3rd party information: they are telling other 675 & 635, so once they get your information they are telling you a credit score higher than what you have... Seems a little shady, so renter beware
