I waited in the store 2 hours for Rx that was called in the day prior. They kept a line and didn't answer the phone, so people that came in were angry. They still accepted people for COVID vaccination, but sat them down next to me for 1/2 hour before finally telling them they needed to put on a mask. I think it was a little late by then! Many people came in complaining about not being able to get their medicine. I finally decided to get back in line after 2 hours because even though I was waiting by the pickup counter the whole time, they failed to call my name and they were going to close. Just close this pharmacy permanently; it's not doing anyone any good. People need their Rx now, not tomorrow or next week. Watching them for 2 hours with 4 people behind the counter, I can see why people are so angry. Their priorities are backwards.

I get the business is short staffed and overwhelmed that is exactly why I personally went to this pharmacy the beginning of December and asked them to transfer my Rx's there from Georgia. I normally get 3 month supplies and didn't want any interruptions in my medication. They took down my information, thanked me for coming in ahead of time. January 12th I get a text my medication is ready. I get to the store and was told my medication was ready in Georgia they would ask for a transfer and have it ready in about an hour. I said no rush I will come back next day. Long story short I still as of today only have 2 of my 3 medications. My old store in Georgia filled all my medication and has not returned it to the shelf so store here can't fill it BUT if they would have done the transfer in December I would not be having these issues...

I've counted 7 employees in the building. Three working in the pharmacy. Took forever to get acknowledged and then interrogated about my scheduled appointment. The staff looks and acts like they are miserable.
