You can see they looked great and i really wanted to give a good review...however, after a few hours the nail polish is starting to bunch up, my nailbeds hurt he was very very rough, i was even bleeding and that should not happen. He was very nice but I am just not happy with the finished project and it looks worse after just taking a nap before i go into work tonight. Frustrating!

The staff at this nail salon are very professional and knowledgeable about the latest nail trends. Vivian always listens and understands customers' requests, and provides dedicated advice to choose the right nail polish color and style for each individual.

This place is so awful. The service wasn’t good at all. The nail tech was very sloppy and my full set of nails turned out uneven with messy paint jobs. On top of that he was so rough and cut into my cuticles like 5 times. He even cut the actual pads off my fingers. It hurt so bad but he didn’t even seem to care and didn’t do anything to help. Now I have dried up blood all over my cuticles that won’t come off and he poured this suspicious brown powder on my cuticles that helped with nothing. Overall very disappointing, I would like a refund ASAP. Not worth the $70Service: Acrylic nails

I love how creative they are with nail art. They can turn my nails into miniature masterpieces! I love the nail polish colors at this nail salon, there are always new colors and unique styles, love D'nail !

Probably the worst manicure experience I've ever had. This was my third time at D nails. I went in for dip nails today and to start, the guy rushed me through picking my color. He actually rushed through the entire service and you can tell by looking at the end results. His demeanor was very aggressive and I was quite uncomfortable throughout the experience. So much so that I considered leaving halfway through but decided to tough it out. He never once asked me about length or shape of my nails and just did whatever he pleased. About 3/4 way through I noticed Some nails were square and some were oval and when I asked him if he was going to shape them he responded "I ALREADY DID". He ended up refilling them but was so unfriendly and for this reason I would not recommend this salon and won't be returning.

My daughter used this place and definitely will not be back, the older lady made her bleed several times. And her nails look super wide and I called the next day for a refund but of course no answer and no returned phone call from them. I'll get a picture of her nails and post them. If you want your cuticles to bleed and ugly nails check them out. I wish the previous guy was still there he did a phenomenal job. Not this new crew.

The lady that did my mani and pedi was wonderful. The massage during my deluxe pedicure was fantastic. Love how my toes and nails turned out. I am vacation ready! Will definitely be back. They were very busy when I got there so waited just a little bit past my appointment time but staff was very apologetic about it. I was in no rush and use this time as me time to treat myself so a little bit longer was just fine with me.Services: Pedicure

First time here and it definitely will not be my last. From the time I walked in until the time I left, I felt very welcomed. Every employee was very friendly and greeted every person that walked in. That type of customer service is hard to find these days. The gentleman that did my pedicure was amazing. I will definitely be back! I highly recommend this establishment if you're looking for a positive experience for a manicure and/or a pedicure.

I have requested a refund for my services multiple times and been ignored. I went in and got a pedicure and full set. I have been a customer for a while never had an issue, so this makes me sad for sure, in fact the pedicure was awesome. However, the full set was rough and it wasn't even a finished full set (I later found out). The gel was bubbly, the shape was inconsistent, and it felt very thick. I ended up going to a different salon to fit it within my schedule, where they had to balance my brand new set I got hours before because it was incomplete. I would like to please me compensated back for the service I did not receive and essentially had to have redone.Pictures showing the gel bubbling and shape of the nails and then a few hours later (where I thought I was just getting a polish change) where the other salon is showing the lines where I need a balance already.

This is my happy place that I get to escape to once a month. I have been going to the salon for 15 years because it’s a family owned business. I’ve always been close with the owners. I cannot picture myself going anywhere else.The environment was very peaceful and appealing! I never felt rushed, had second thoughts, or had to deal with rude customer service like in the past. My nail tech Alex took his time with my pink and white nails, was delicate with me. He does amazing work and knows exactly how you want your nails. He took his time and always goes above and beyond for me. His wife always does perfect waxing my eye brows and doing my toes ? Never had service here I didn’t absolutely adore and I won’t go anywhere else! All the nail techs are friendly and patient. The prices aren’t outrageous and it’s elegant and clean. I promise once you come you will not ever go anywhere else ! If I could give 10 stars I would!Services: Gel manicures
