Joni was so wonderful to work with at Delaware floor. Not only did I get a great price on my flooring but when our original product was discontinued, they did everything they could to make it right. I’d definitely use them again. Pictured is our new Cortec bathroom floor.

The in-store process I rate a 5/5. Good if you are willing to wait on carpet to be ordered.The installation I rate a 3/5. Not bad, but not great. Experienced but far from great work. Good effort toward fit and finish but lack of efficiency and effectiveness in the basics.Update after a couple months. Changing from 4 stars to 2 star. I paid a premium for installation by a known and trusted installer by my point of purchase. It is lifting everywhere with very little traffic. I will be fixing myself. I think I could have done a better job with zero experience. Experienced workers does not always equate to quality work.

10/10!!! Outstanding work and installer!! We had both carpet and plank flooring installed. The process was easy and there were many colors & styles to choose from! We couldn't be happier with the work!

Fantastic experience. Helped guide us to a carpet we liked that also worked for our family (pets). Installation was quick; estimated two days but got it done in one. They even cut out pieces from the extras for our downstairs bathroom and garage stair landing.

We were extremely pleased with the workmanship and the product installed by Delaware Floor. The installers (Robert and Steve) were professional and friendly and did a wonderful job installing the vinyl planking. We would highly them for any flooring needs you have.
