Jennifer worked our little Max in today for a nail trim. I explained that is usual groomer had closed their doors and she was so kind and just happened to have a cancellation. Max responded very well. Needless to say we found our new groomer. Absolutely amazing ?

They do amazing with our 3 dogs. We absolutely love the nail clinics they have been doing. It keeps our dogs nails trimmed and they even send an email reminder for busy people. Couldn't ask for better groomers! Close by, affordable, amazing staff, they get it done quick & easy. Thanks for all you do!

We love Delaware Pet Grooming. We took Ribeye twice after things started reopening in 2020... as busy educators we haven't had an opportunity to take him back until June 2021... Communication is great and Ribeye loves going to see "the ladies." I'm so glad they've welcomed us back after being gone for soooo long!

Mello’s first and second cuts were both done by Lizzie. I think she did I great job, and when she had to deal with mats the second grooming, she was good about recommending grooming tools so I could avoid problems in between visits. Thanks Lizzie!

We actually had a great experience with them are first time . Our second time not so much I called and that day asked to speak to the manager which was gone for the day and requested to be placed with the groomer we were initially put with was told I would be . That was never done . Then the manager that was supposed to call me did but set a time to call me the next day and never did. I let it go since we were getting groomed already with original groomer next time. Next time came around and we were never changed I called manager he told us to get in with original groomer we would have to wait a week . I explained to him this should of been resolved 4 weeks ago he acted like he didn’t care and today called and told me basically due to recent events they would be unable to groom my dog period now ?! So basically if they mess up they don’t stand behind it ? Which to me is sort of weird. When you own a business in a small town you stand behind it not do things like this it is shady and not right . My google review will not be the only place I voice my opinion.

I took my pet there last week for grooming. I am new in town and wanted to try something close to home. Grooming was ok, although didn’t smell too good as he usually does after a full grooming appointment. The problem was that right after he came home I noticed he was scratching himself and touching everything with his body but I did not pay too much attention until it became really obvious 2-3 days after. Soon after I realized he was infected with FLEAS! No doubt he got those in that appointment! I will never go back! Now I will have to spend a lot of money in flea treatment.
