Just have to tell the tracking number and name and show ID proof to collect package. BTW, is your tracking link says Direct Signature Required, then it means you can collect your package in person, and your package is not actually returning to the larger FedEx facility. FedEx customer service: 1/3 stars... I had to wait outside and call customer service 3 times to get a proper response.

This isn’t necessarily to this location, but it’s the WORST carrier to use shipping a product. Been “out for delivery” for 3 days and yet no one can tell me any being. Call and get the same answer, rather use a horse and buggy.
