Every time I come to the bank weather it’s to use the ATM, cash a check, withdrawal money, there is ALWAYS an issue. Every single time. There’s no reason why my own bank shouldn’t be able to cash a check made to me from the same bank. I also took out $60 from the ATM and it said I pulled $100 and when I took it inside to get the issue fixed they told me there was nothing they could do. DO NOT BANK HERE whatever you do

Worst experience I've ever had in the 12 years if banking with DCB/FCB. Your branch manager Krys wiebling makes up her own rules and is on a power trip. Lies to your face and tells you what you can and cannot say. She Did not care or take care of the current situation and even said she didn't care if I used first commonwealth bank anymore and I should close out my accounts and no longer use them. This lady needs to be repremended by HR and higher management and demoted or released. Zero tolerance on her end for not resolving an issue on FCB side. She would rather blame her employees and customers rather than take responsibility and fix the situation and help a long term customer. She is not the face of a bussiness community officer/branch manager and has a poor attitude and even violates consumer rights laws with misrepresentation and mistreatment and in regards to this i will be filing a complaint with the ohio department of commerce and i will no longer be using first commonwealth as my checking,saving, bussiness and loan provider nor will recommend you to any of my family, friends or bussiness partners. I would rather deal with larger corporate parties and fees and more rules than ever be treated as nothing from a useless branch manager.

Every aspect of this bank is a complete run around. From them writing down the wrong information, sending my debit card to the wrong address multiple times after changing my address to current address, which I had to do 3x along with my phone number which they also had wrong everytime I went in..to finally recieve a debit card 6 months later. I have had to go to the bank 4 separate times just to open a business account that took over an hour. An account I now can't even access online. When I call their 800 number their advice is always the same, go to a branch to handle the issue because every issue I have dealt with can not be managed by them. I may as well call pizza hut, they would give me the same advice. And when I go to the branch to handle my issues they take forever to come to a conclusion that it will take 2-3 business days to fix the issue. Last time I was told 7-10 business days it turned into 6 months. If they dont fix the issue today, I am closing my accounts (which I'm sure will also take forever) and going elsewhere. Unless you like going to a bank multiple times to handle 1 thing I suggest going to a different bank. SHEESH!

Slow service unless you get Carol for a teller.They questioned my husband about cashing a check even though we have a joint account and he cashes there every month. Had account there since 1999 and the changeover has changed service I used to get.
