I have had my truck for about 3 months and have already spent close to $2k in repairs. They look nice on the outside but mechanically these vehicles are absolutely junk. Freddy seems like a good guy but these vehicles are terrible. Just have a deep wallet and some nice tools if you decide to buy a vehicle from there. I’ve but my tongue long enough as today is am replacing all exhaust pipes from muffler back due to it being scabbed together with crap welds for a quick sale. Worst decision I’ve made in a long time. Brakes all the way around, water pump, power steering pump, serpentine belt, exhaust. All of these needed replaced within 3 months of buying the truck.

First off his vehicles are over priced. Second his hours are VERY inconsistent! I can’t tell you how many times we have came up to make payments and their posted hours and NO ONE has been there. Also after insurance paid off our vehicle that caught fire he calls and leaves my husband a voicemail cussing him for an issue with the insurance, he was TRYING to be intimidating and truthfully we have taken this as a threat and will be contacting the better business bureau and the police due to his voicemail. Save yourself the hassle and just buy a car in Columbus. Also he takes cash only and you really can’t trust this horrible “business” owner.

I have never been treated better by any other car dealership. In my experience and purchasing cars I have had positives and negatives with other dealerships. Working with Freddy and Tim as a mechanic I have nothing but positive things to say. I recommend this place for purchasing a vehicle. I have seen some of the things that Freddy and Tim go through to get these vehicles on the lot and out to customers and I have seen people purchase vehicles and have problems with them after purchasing vehicles and I have personally seen Freddy take a vehicle that was purchased months ago and spend the money out of his pocket to repair any problems that warranted getting the vehicle back on the road and taking care of his customers So with that being said,

I will never go anywhere else ever again.
This was by far the easiest and most refreshing experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Freddy was so wonderful and went above and beyond for us. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Freddy sold us a truck good price and you can tell he goes through the vehicle and details it cleans them up and does the best he can I appreciate this car lot and will be back to get another truck soon

bought a surburban he was honest w me and also let me make a deposit held the truck a week til payday even tho i drove by a few times seeing ithers look at it it is a gem mint cond for its year !lomg story short one day after leaving w said teuck i flushed my keys by accident fred made me aware of where he hid a spare set on the truck he was avail for me after hours in a panic attack he also gave me a great deal . fred has a customer for life with me

I got an SUV there years ago and I had no experience as a vehicle owner or a mechanic, but if I would've been aware of lemon laws, I would've pressed charges against Freddy's big lot. Within the first two months of driving the vehicle the brake line busted and I discovered there was no brake or rotor on the front driver side of the vehicle.

Bad experience. Tried to hide rust on the truck I was looking at and had me standing around for 20 minutes while he was in the back complaining about stuff to his mechanic. Few good vehicles on the lot but make sure you check for sub par rust repairs and TAKE IT FOR A TEST DRIVE.
