Gameplay Unlimited is a hidden gem and an awesome place. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, kind, and helpful, providing great customer service. They are known for going a step further to help fix any problems right away. The store has a wide variety of unique and collectible video games, from vintage to current, and is a great place for Funko pops. They can get anything a customer is looking for if they do not already have it. They have decent and amazing prices, with very fair pricing on big ticket items. The store has a few arcade games on display that customers can play, which kids love. With two locations that are getting stronger, many customers find it totally worth the trip and better than other stores, awarding it 5 out of 5 stars. Customers report it is the best service they have ever received at a game store and will certainly return.
