I brought my BMW into Garage 36 today because the car was idling rough and I knew it was overdue for an oil check. From the moment I arrived, the team showed exactly why this place has such a strong reputation. They were transparent, honest, and incredibly thorough in explaining what was going on with the car.
What stood out the most was their ethics and integrity—they didn’t try to upsell anything, didn’t exaggerate the problem, and treated my situation with real care. They diagnosed the issue quickly, topped off what was needed, and made sure the car was running smoothly again before I left.
It’s rare to find a garage that’s both highly skilled and genuinely trustworthy, but Garage 36 is exactly that. I’m grateful for their professionalism and honesty, and I won’t take my car anywhere else. Highly recommended!

My 18 year old car needed a new battery. I called my go to car repair, Garage 36. They could work me in that day. Once again my car runs like new. Thank you to the mechanics at Garage 36.

Love GARAGE 36. Had my car serviced today and they were as great as always. Called me after they evaluated problem to make sure I was ok with cost and then had it ready to pick up within a few hours. Thankfully I dont have a ton of issues with my car but when I do, I always take it to Garage 36 and will continue to do so.

Trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic! I had to take my car in to the shop for an intermittent issue it was having. Of course when I got my car there it was no longer acting up. Justin did clean the corrosion off my battery terminals, which may have been the issue or part of the issue. He also let me know what I could look for and how to troubleshoot another potential problem that could be leading to the issue I was having if it happens again. It’s hard to diagnose a car that’s not acting up, so I appreciate the honesty and the information I was given to potentially head off this issue in the future. He did not charge me for his time, which I appreciate since nothing was really “fixed”. But I’m glad to know I have a mechanic I can trust in the future!

When I suddenly had a car issue yesterday, I knew right away what to do: take the car to Garage 36 to be checked. Their team saw me without an appointment, quickly spotted the issue(s), made the necessary repair(s), advised me about the situation—and then refused payment for their time and efforts! This is not the first time that I’ve been VERY glad that I became a Garage 36 client!
