The prices have ridiculous went up and I’m not talking about clothing sandals that used to be $2 are now $5 and dont get me started on the area where they sell home goods it’s gotten out of control

I went to a female employee to ask a price on something that wasn’t marked. She looked for the price, couldn’t find one, so she took the item out of my cart and said come back in 24 hours so it can be repriced. She wasn’t friendly and I don’t live in Delaware. She could have taken my name and number to call once they figured out pricing. I live 45 minutes to an hour away. I would be even more upset driving back only to find out they already sold it or still haven’t priced it. Luckily, there are other Goodwill locations.

When will you fix the sizing issue in wokens? Every regular Ive talked to has complained about the lack of sizing from XL to 2x. Standard sizing goes xl to XXL but not beyond xxl. Plus sizes go 0x, 1x, 2x. You all have xl in 2 1/2 racks. But it doesnt make sense when you put X, XL, 0 Torrid (which is a large) and 1, and then 1x. Do you see where this is confusing? You aren't following American standard sizing. You are adding to confusion.
Your store was so much better before you changed the clothes section and took out the plus. Not all non plus women, and not all plus women want to search through items that they cant fit into. There is too much of a variety here.
Been to Marion and Sunbury and they dont do this.

Most of the store has been over ran with clothes, lack of variety in home section. Employees are very friendly though.

This store is cool I go a lot but there’s always at least one lady who likes to just sit on a couch right outside the backdoors and just cherry-picks all the good stuff as soon as they bring it out in the cart.. It’s not the same lady every time but it’s funny because there’s at least 3 of them that do it and they all look exactly the same 😆

Probably one of the worst goodwills I've ever had the displeasure of walking into....things are so junky and over priced! the store is huge with hardly anything on the racks !! terrible ! would never recommend this store

Bought a bunch of clothes here recently. Got home. They were infested with bed bugs. Be careful. Not only that but they got rid of anything worth going here for. It’s all women’s clothes, barely any men’s clothes at all. No appliance area or toys or books. It’s all just clothes. There’s literally no goodwills in Ohio that are worth going to.

Donations are easy. They will wheel a cart out to your car and unload if you want.

They are rude! I had a cart full and one item “ kids roller skates” I didn’t notice they didn’t have a price! They would not sell them! I said can’t you price them? They said no! I mean you get them for free!!! It’s not that serious! I have had managers price stuff at every thrift store I have ever been to so why not? I will never shop there again! Broke my grandson’s heart! And their attitude was horrible! I left the entire cart of crap! Lost a customer!
