I called this branch for a week to setup an appointment to bring $150k of new money deposits. Only problem is no one answers the phone. I called Polaris branch, they answered immediately and setup my appointment. Why give Delaware $150k if they can't even answer a phone?

The people at this branch are very nice but it’s hard to get in contact with anyone in a timely manner. They rarely answer the phone and it takes a few hours to get a return call. Makes it a little difficult for business needs to be addressed.
