I ordered a birthday cake days in advance. When I came to pick it up this is what I was given. I am SO disappointed right now. I had to accept it as there was no time to get another cake. I cannot believe this is what Kroger deems acceptable. Beware not to ever use their bakery for a cake

Went to Kroger tonight just to get one item and discovered that there's no cashiers, only people that may help bag groceries. It's totally ridiculous. Why did they get rid of cashiers which is a first job for many teenagers, and a part-time job for the elderly to make ends meet . Also think about your customers who are elderly or have to problems. Trying to figure out what product they bought and trying to look them up. Totally ridiculous . I will not be shopping in the store unless it's absolutely necessary. I will check out the Lewis center store if they're doing the same thing that I will find another supermarket that has cashiers and shop there.

The folks at the Columbus Pike Krogers are always helpful and polite. Pharmacy staff are fantastic.

For the third time (that I know of) a customer service clerk at your store has tried to over charge me for lottery tickets. This happened again today July 5th 2018. They tried to charge me $12.00 for a $5.00 lottery purchase. She gave me the excuse of “oh, there was something on my screen from before”. The clerk today is named Kendra. Lottery tickets are a cash transaction with no receipt. This is attempted theft and you seriously need to look into this and put a stop to it.

Great Kroger. The people are nice that work there. It has what we need and it is close. Good quality fruits and vegetables. It also has a liquor store now.
