Terrible customer service, car broke down on the way, called and let them know I was going to be pulling in at 8:01. They refused to give me my prescription or transfer it somewhere I can get it. Hopefully I don’t die now.

I can't say enough good things about my local Kroger. It's incredibly convenient, always stocked with everything my family needs, and simply awesome in every way. Whether it's groceries, household essentials, or even last-minute items, Kroger never disappoints. The staff is friendly and helpful, making every shopping trip a breeze. Highly recommend!!!

My significant other came today to pick my prescription for me and was treated extremely rudely. Some context, I just turned 26 a few months ago, so I am no longer on my parents health insurance. Therefore, my prescription costs more than it used to. When I first started going to the Kroger pharmacy on Houck, there was a very nice lady that explained there are numerous discounts they can apply to my prescription to get the cost down. It was great and she couldn’t have been more helpful (wish I had gotten a name). However today, my girlfriend went to pick up my prescription and she mentioned to the employee about discounts we have previously used. He then proceeded to talk to other coworkers about how ridiculous it is to ask a pharmacy for discounts. He must’ve left the microphone on, because my girlfriend heard everything. We will no longer be going to this pharmacy and I hope they improve their pharmacy staff in the future. 1/5 stars, horrible service, recently.

They always have everything in stock friendly staff members who are always willing to help and answer any questions that you have they are not trying to push you out the door without all your questions answered. I have never had to wait for medication to come in because they are never out of stock like all the other pharmacies are in Delaware

Terrible service. Receive texts that script is ready and when I show up it never is. This has happened multiple times. They should apologize to their parents for wasting their money on school.

You cannot say closed for lunch 1-1:30 then when people pull up to the drive thru post a sign that says “closes 15 minutes before lunch starts”. Just advertise that lunch is 12:45-1:30 then.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. Made a trip out of the way as online system said my prescription was ready but it was actually back ordered. Attendant preferred to cancel my prescription request and refused to assist in transferring prescription to a location with it in stock.
