Thank you Meijer Pharmacy. One of my diabetic sensors broke. I had to order a replacement through the manufacturer. Not only did Meijer tell me how to do that and provide me the registration code, but they discounted the replacement heavily for me. They are always kind & helpful. Please know how appreciate you are :)

I've had it with these folks. You will get different answers from the pharmacy employees. They're never on the same page. They routinely withhold medications regardless of what my doctor sends in. Constantly out of stock. The mobile app is garbage. Next doctor appointment I'll be moving to CVS.

Meijer Pharmacy provides a comprehensive range of pharmaceutical services, and the staff is generally knowledgeable and helpful. However, it's important to note that there have been instances of slow prescription filling times, which can be inconvenient. While the service quality is good, improvements in efficiency could enhance the overall customer experience. Despite occasional delays, the pharmacy remains a reliable option for prescription needs, and the staff's friendly demeanor is appreciated. A solid choice, but quicker prescription processing times would undoubtedly elevate the overall service.

Same yourself! This pharmacy never have enough medication in stock. Had to wait two day for them to fax my prescription to another pharmacy! Needless to say I was on chronic pain.

Routinely, it is terrible to try and contact the pharmacy. You are placed on hold for 15 to 20 mins and when they finally pick up the phone they say hello and hang up before you can respond. If they say they will call you back, don't count on it. Go somewhere else if you can, it will save you time and far less frustration.

while these issues noted by other reviews do occur, i'm curious if the people involve use the meijer app (it works) and what time they were at the store.some of the patrons aren't the brightest bulbs in the lamp either. i get messages that tell me if the prescription is done, needs attention from the prescriber and so forth.if the app is used, the order can be prepaid online and then you get a barcode that can be scanned and the whole process is much quicker that way.i've had mistakes made by myself, my doctor(s) and the pharmacy app. while trying to have my order filled. anytime that i've called in i've been able to solve any issues and yes, you will be put on hold sometimes, and for those that dislike wait times and not being served by your constituents to your pleasing, then my only suggestion then is to change pharmacies.

This pharmacy is Awful they put you on hold EVERYTIME we call for a refill auto fill is worthless they argue and make up stories as to why they can't fill the prescription they told me over the phone my prescription has been ready one time and I go up there and I had to wait for another hour they've argued over the phone with my healthcare providers over their own mistakes they made up a story about a power outage one day and put the sign up because they were short-staffed "apparently" not too long ago my wife sat in like that line that same day well over for 30 minutes another folks have started switching I recommend you all do the same

They are extremely slow when you go through the drive-thru. Idk if they are making people's prescription while they wait or what. But it always takes so long. If mine isn't ready they have me come back. I also have to just leave sometimes because I have to go somewhere else too like work.

Very friendly staff. They helped reduce a prescription cost when insurance would not cover it.

They are always making mistakes with my medications. They have made mistakes with my count suppose to be 30 and they gave me 10 and allegedly threw out or lost the other 20. Or there is always another issue.
