Horrible experience spent 2 days dealing with their customer service and their activation team they assured me that they had separated my line from the business line of my ex-wife after I paid the past due amount that wasn't even my responsibility... after paying I took a hold off of my credit and they ran a credit check my credit is great and then they said that after wasting 2 days they and taking my money they would not transfer the account and would not refund my money; now I will have to go to my bank and fight for a refund and lose a number that I have had for 23 years very unprofessional, I will never refer anyone to t- mobile

The store is never open and I was wondering why for the longest nobody answers the phone. Since I can't get in store service, customer service over the phone is always trying to charge me to do anything
