Unfortunately, this is the only option for ISP in my area. Multiple outages per month. Can't contact service most days. I would switch if I could.

Not impressed at all. They bought out our local redbird internet. 25 years not a problem. They took over a year ago and it's down more than it works and I got a tower 200ft from my house.

This is the worst internet service ever. Internet will turn off for days at a time with no company support or help. Internet is off about 4/7 days of the week. Internet company seems to never care. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Poor service, always shuts down, not reliable we pay too much for this type of service to always fail. It’s a three man company that I would never recommend to anyone.

Don’t waste your money, find another carrier. It works when it wants to. It goes out ALOT. Now they don’t answer the phone it goes right to a recording about an outage, and they’re trying to fix it. Ready to switch!

I really like these guys. It's so hard to get decent internet out in the country, and they provide the best return on investment. On their network we run smart home devices, stream movies, and listen to music. Sometimes the service goes down, but I have always been happy with their customer service and resolution timeframes. I would recommend them.

If I could select zero stars I would. This is the most unreliable internet service we’ve ever had. Goes in and out hourly. Every time I call they say everything is fine on their end, it must be my router, but my neighbors have the same problems, so I guess we all have bad routers? Even if I connect direct I have the same problem… no internet service.

Left several messages due to my internet not working for the past 2 days and have not receive a call back. Internet is still not working. I would like to speak to a supervisor, owner or someone to get my service fixed and there is not another phone number to call or email address to reach out to someone. Never know when there is an outage and asked why they do not send a mass email out to notify customers and could not give a response to my question. Horrible customer service and horrible internet service!!!! Definitely want payment when payment is due but as a customer can not get service when service is not working.

I have had Nex Gen Access for several years and in TWO different locations around Delaware. I have had nothing but issues with them and their service- both personal service and the internet service is lower than sub par. First off, understand the technology behind this is what's known as "line of sight", or "point to point". It works by sending a signal from their network equipment on a tower, tall building, etc, to the receiver on your house. This makes infrastructure fairly cheap compared to traditional broadband/DSL/fiber, and because it is local and doesn't travel to space it takes away some latency found in satellite internet systems. The drawback to this technology is just that- if you don't have a clear line of sight, then you will have problems. Specifically spotty service, and sloooooow speeds. These problems can arise by something as simple as trees blowing in the breeze obstructing this line of sight. This is exactly why this company will eventually fizzle out and die. Looking at the BBB, it has 0 complaints and an A plus rating..compared to under 2.X stars on google, so if you don't complain they will continue to kick up their feet and count your money. Recently, I upgraded my internet plan from 2"M" to 12"M". M is in quotations because Nex Gen Access does not specify a specific data rate such as MB/s or Mb/s. (they are different) However, no matter which math you decide to use I am not getting anywhere close to what I'm paying for. Speedtest.net is their preferred site to test your speed. My download speed on the new 12M package ranged from 0.5Mbps-1.2Mbps over several different times of testing throughout the day. It seems to me that I am paying more money for the same speed as before and worse service. Speaking of more money, when I lived in town and could get a real provider I paid $30/mo for 30MB/s internet. Now I pay $66 for ONE MB. Over the past week, my internet has completely gone out twice and I have had to use my phone as a hotspot for internet to do my work. I do not have unlimited data and many times these outages last several hours or the whole work day. What other small independent company ignores phone calls and emails? On top of that, they are extremely rude, and while it hasn't happened to me some reviewers have said that they were just hung up on. They will do and say anything to hold you hostage as a customer. Take a look at their building. After 15 years in business, all they can afford is a cinder block basement around the abandoned Ohio Grow and under the driving school. Real thriving business and you can see why. Run far away, do not sign up with these clowns. If you already have, and you are unhappy with your service PLEASE report a complaint with the BBB. I'll kick it off. Cheers.

Absolutely the worst internet service I have ever had. The service buffers ever few minutes and they do not care. Can't wait till some other company comes to our area!

Thee absolute worst interest service. More than that, the worst customer service you could possibly imagine. They know their product sucks and are unbothered. Don’t try calling they will send you to voicemail.
