Wonderful service. Josh and James were both extremely accommodating and just plain nice people to meet, when I truly needed it, relating to retrieving a few belongings from my impounded vehicle. 10 out of 5 Stars, if I could give such a rating.

Our keys got locked in our car while it was running, and we contacted our insurance company & the earliest time they could find from any place was almost 2 hours.
So I called Ohio Tow told them our situation & they said they could be here in 10 mins.
And they got here in under 10 mins. They were professional, kind, trustworthy, & honest.
They also have great & reasonable prices, especially considering how expensive everything is anymore.
I would not only use them again, they will be my main go to from now on & who I will recommend to others.
This is the company you call & trust, if your child is stuck somewhere & needs help. You want someone that you can trust with your child’s safety & who will make getting to them their priority.
Honestly can’t say enough great things about them. THANK YOU!

Chris is who has been helping me since I was in a horrible accident that all parties were lucky to walk away from. He was a kind familiar face in the midst of chaos. He has helped us so much and been right there with us to get through everything. He even met us later at night to finish up final details for my poor car. He was so wonderful and this is a company I will continue to rave about. They treat you like a person and feel for you when you’ve been in an accident. They are helpful and attentive. You feel like a friend here. I am very thankful for them and their help during horrible time for me! Thank you Chris!:)

These guys are nice but don't listen to them. I was misinformed when I was told to let them tow my car to their lot from a car accident and the other person's insurance would take care of it.
~$700 out of pocket expenses a week later. Don't leave your car in their lot. Have it towed home. That also costs me another $125 to have it towed home bc AAA wouldn't cover it because it's in their impound lot. Rates are much cheaper through other places. I felt taken advantage of. Hindsight advice for the business: In the future don't give out recommendations on what to do with other people's property
