We took in our high maintenance Corgi, Ziti, for a bath & brush today with Asia and she did such an amazing dog! Ziti definitely has a history of having groomer anxiety but she was happy as can be when we picked her up. We highly recommend Asia!

I went in there looking to purchase a ferret and there were two employees in there both were talking to each other when we entered the store, I had to ask if I could hold the ferret. I didn't know which one I wanted. The employee stayed with me the entire time, and said she had to put the ferret back in its cage and go help the customer. Well I was there to purchase a ferret and she totally made me put it back to go help someone else when there was another employee to help the other customer. Needless to say I didn't end up getting a ferret. No one helped us. I was made to put the
ferret back and so we looked at the reptiles then left. It would have been nice to be helped. I had questions and wanted to figure out which one I wanted and I didn't get help. Very rude, help each and every customer not one over the other. Wow! So much for having a ferret. I'll buy from someone else at this rate.

I love this store, the staff are friendly, profoundly knowledgeable, their employees really do go above
and beyond & exceed the normal retail experience. This store is always clean, well organized, free of clutter, or crowds. There's never any wait or lines at checkout - all without self checkout- GREAT customer care!

I am very grateful to the two female team members at Pet Supply Plus in Delaware, Ohio. They were both very kind and helpful in helping me to find Hill's Science Diet dog food that was recommended by my little dog's vets. They also were helpful in helping me to find my little dog toothpaste and pills for her allergies. Both of them brightened my day. I'm grateful to them and also to Pet Supply Plus. Was my "go-to" local pet store until they gave me a bad aquarium snail infestation. More continue to show up and after numerous calls to management about my frustrations. My brand new tank is now infested with snails off of one Anubius plant. I returned the plant but they refuse to help, not even offering a coupon for my next trip. I will no longer be returning as I have to tear down my entire set up and restart because of their negligence.
It started with three visible snails. Plucked 'em out. Thought it was okay. A few days later, more. Get them out. I check on my tank today and there are at least 25 snails on the glass alone. I am beyond infuriated as I didn't want snails for this exact reason. Will be shopping at their competitors by Walmart, as they take their coupons!
Goodbye Pet Supplies Plus. It was good while it was.
EDIT: I had received a call from the store a few minutes ago asking about the poor reviews I left. She kept saying I was offered a coupon, I had to SUGGEST the coupon because that would've honestly made me feel a bit better about having to deal with an infestation I wanted NOTHING to do with in the first place. I left this review because it's been WEEKS and I am still plucking out snails. Completely unprofessional to try to call me asking about my review. Seriously, Aquarium Adventure in Dublin is miles ahead of this place. Will not be returning.

It's okay. Out of stock many times. Just went in for the regular food and was excited about a 15% off. Cashier was unaware so I ended up paying full price. Why was the item advertised in store at 15% off? I have a membership so not sure why they would not honor it.
