With over 2,700 locations and best-in-class equipment, the gym is designed to be a Judgement Free Zone® where everyone can feel comfortable. Members appreciate the good hours, especially on weekends, making it easy to work out when convenient. The facility is kept clean, and equipment is plentiful, although sometimes wait times occur for popular machines. The staff is friendly and patient, often helping new members learn how to use equipment without feeling embarrassed. The atmosphere is generally quiet and not crowded, creating a comfortable space for all. Some members mention that the music volume can be loud, particularly in the Delaware location, which they suggest should be lowered to create a better ambiance. Overall, members enjoy the easy access, friendly staff, and positive environment that make Planet Fitness a good place to work out.
All new equipment. This facility can go head to head with any fitness center. This crown jewel of the Planet Fitness world sets the standard for all others. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

I know when I walk in, I'll be greeted warmly at the desk. I love that I can just do my thing and not be bothered. The gym is always a bright welcoming place. It is clean and cared for, nothing is worn down and broken. Parking is super easy (except Sunday mornings w/ the church next door). So glad I joined.. best decision... read full comment
