had called about a tire needing replaced said they’d take a look and call me back took 3 days to call back said they’d take my wheel in to replace it and i took it in then they said they didn’t have the tire anymore, went a whole different month ahead and called and asked about a tire again they said they’d take a look and call back, ended up showing up because i didn’t have a tire and there’s 5 of the workers standing around not doing anything and they said the one main dude is on lunch. unbelievable. won’t be doing anything else here.

My go to auto repair place. Reasonable prices, decent turn around time, trust worthy people.
I have used them for oil changes, as well as tires and brakes. They have been fair, friendly.
As a woman, I’m often concerned that someone will try to take advantage of my lack of mechanical sense.
I have to know what I’m getting and what it should cost ahead of time. These folks have never tried to add on any extras or raise prices over what is customary.
I do trust them, and Precision will be my first call should my 4 wheeled baby need it.

I volunteer at a non-profit organization. We take/get all of our tires serviced or purchased here.
We needed used tires for a farm truck-Precision had what we needed at the right price.

Called them regarding a flat tire I got on the way to work. I got my car in the same day and they had a new tire on my work car by the end of the day. Thanks for the speedy service.

Precision Alignment has taken excellent care of my cars for years. They help me be pro-active with maintenance so owning a vehicle is much less stressful. The workmanship is excellent and the people are so friendly and helpful. I highly, highly, highly recommend them!!P.S. They fix the mistakes that other shops make!!

We sold a young couple a vehicle today ans traveling back to Michigan and stopped at your shop because it had issues they did not have an appointment but your team was so kind and helped the best you could. Its nice to know there is still honest kind people left out there! We got them taken care of also. Thank you so much.

Called and got an appointment the same day for a quick tire patch job. They were very friendly and quick, but one employee did drop the "f bomb" several times while I was sitting there so definitely not kid friendly.
