I’m here visiting during a horse show here and while we were getting the horses ready I got an alert on my Tesla App that the tire pressure was very, very low. I went online and read some reviews then called them directly. They’re SO NICE. Totally flexible and easy to work with. They got me in and out in enough time to still see my daughter ride. They searched and found a nail hidden, had to scan it twice! We thought the tire would need to be replaced; however it was just a $20 patch job. I highly recommend them. When I need new tires I’ll make the trip to return.

A very friendly staff! On two separate occasions we visited this tire repair shop while travelling from VA to visit with family in the local area. Each time I had the unfortunate luck of damaging my tires while on the road traveling. Both times we stopped at the location for tire service and each time we had tires put on and out the door riding smooth!
The other day while in town visiting my Aunt, she mentioned that she needed tire repairs. I called up the team and they asked her to bring her car in. They did exactly what I thought they would and had her in and out within a couple of hours. My Aunt is also very impressed with the care and service they provide. Don't hesitate, give them a try! I believe you will be very pleased.

I would not give any business to RNR Tire Express. I bought four new tires in December 2023. The first issue I had almost right away. The left front tire was not properly seated on the wheel, causing it to wobble. I called the Zanesville location (where I purchased the tires) and was told my only option was to drive to them (on a wobbly wheel) to get it fixed. I was at my parents house near Columbus at the time. They did mention I could take it to the Delaware location and see what they could do. I called the Delaware location and was told they couldn’t do anything for me since the tires were purchased in Zanesville. Thankfully I was able to have a friend correct the issue. The second issue came up recently when the right rear tire went flat. I thought it might be due to a nail/screw/piece-of-glass but was told it was due to a valve core loose and leaking. Since the tire had gone flat the tire was damaged and needed replacement. I called the Zanesville location and explained the situation. Their solution was for me to take the tire off my car and bring it in to have the valve replaced. Even with replacing the valve the tire was still damaged beyond repair. Since I am a young adult without experience in these matters, my parents became involved on my behalf. My mom called the Zanesville location and spoke with John Jones, the District Manager. He offered the same solution. After further conversation, he offered a 20% discount to replace, which would have made a new tire approximately $100 + tax. This tire was just over 6 months old and should not have had this issue (note I am a college student and I don’t drive a lot of miles). Mr. Jones said our tire was not covered by any warranty because we didn’t finance (we paid with credit card). If we had financed, we would have had full replacement coverage. It’s not that they don’t offer tire replacement protection, they just chose not to in this circumstance. I had to replace my tire at another tire store. I asked the technician what would cause this issue in this case. He said “either defective tire or defective installation.” Whether it’s poor installation or a defective tire, this should have been replaced by RNR. In my opinion, this is what John Jones actions said to me. That $100 was more important than a satisfied customer. That $100 was more important than earning any future business from me or my family. That $100 was more important than any future recommendations to family or friends for future business. This is a terrible way to treat a customer, and a terrible way to do business. I will never give any business to RNR again and would strongly recommend to anyone that RNR be avoided in any circumstance.

Their rent to own plan was extremely helpful. However they take too much liberty in charging payments on one's card even when told specifically to ask 1st. One employee is rather flippant, cocky, condescending consistantly telling you to check your contract/paperwork. So much so that after this contract is completed I will go to a different location and if asked instruct others to do so as well.

Rude employees. Like to lie and cheat their customers out of hundreds of dollars. Still waiting after over a year for them to fix damage they caused to two vehicles at once including but not limited too $6,500 in paint damages, $7,800 in dents and scratches. They do everything they can to scam as much money out of u as possible. Don’t be late on ur payment not even once or they will damage your property and scam u any way possible.

I visited last year to get tires checked due to tire pressure dropping frequently. The staff was friendly and honest. My tires had no leaks, I was advised on next steps and not charged. I appreciated the honesty.
