Used to be my favorite gas station! I love the owners and co- owners. However, the employees. That's another story. If they don't know how to fix something like with the gas pump, they will tell you "idk what to tell you it don't have nothing to do with me" then will refund your money and just give you a stupid look. The one pretends he doesn't understand or speak English when he's stuck..and that's not true because I've heard him speak. The one old man that used to work there would add extra money on your order and they will NEVER offer a receipt! Always ask for a receipt if you go here! The employees will pick and choose prices rather than scan them half the time. This would be a great business if they would weed out the bad employees that are dishonest or just simply cannot do their job. Also, those same employees need to STOP SELLING TOBACCO AND ALCOHOL TO MINORS!!!!!! Before they get themselves shut down permanently. Thanks to them, my teenagers were able to buy nicotine whenever they needed, depending on who was working! Do better!I will reiterate, the owner and co-owner are great people, but 90 percent of their employees, are trash.

Attendant won’t get off phone long enough to help customers. Lowkey kinda rude sometimes when you are ready to checkout especially in the night time hours.

Saturday November 3th, '23 around 11:Not only did I try pumping gas in my car after the cashier (the only male working at the time) failed to ring it up in the register...But my daughter had consumed 2/3 of one of these LongJohn donuts - mind you it was dark - from Der Dutchman - before she noticed the mold staring at her .EDIT:: Let me also add... I searched that entire container for a best before, sell by, or made on date.... And there was none. I know they usually put a sticker on it but none exists

Stopped by to get gas and change baby on our way back from Cleveland. No problems at pump, but restroom, yes, singular, lacked something to be desired. No changing table. Ok, some smaller gas stations don't cater well to families, but the restroom needed cleaning. Toilet paper on floor, smudges on mirror, hand soap was empty. I would have given a 2 star review for the state of the restroom, however, it's the day after a holiday and there were several people inside that the clerk was attending to at the register, so I know they were busy. So, 3 stars for average, trusting that this is a day out of the ordinary for cleaning.

I believe as a employee of shell for a good five years now that shell is a good place to work with good people who work there and also good customers. We do get over whelmed sometimes but that's at any successful business. But I can guarantee it's clean and u will feel comfortable and right at home.

Stopped here on 11-24-20 pumped $10.00 in gas, they Shell debited my card for $87.00 ! I've gone in the station on London Road in Delaware Ohio talked to two gentlemen 3 times all I get is run around and excuses I'm in disability and can't afford to have 87.00 basically stolen from me! Never Ever will I purchase gas or anything else from Shell! And I did contact B.B.B.
