Snappy’s has treated my 2012 Honda Accord and me fairly and well. I have been there three times for brake work, had wheel bearings replaced and bought new tires from them. The technicians are thorough and honest. They haven’t tried to “up-sell” me on needless repairs. They make recommendations. The business is efficient and customer-focused. Car repairs can be expensive anywhere, but Snappy’s is transparent. I recommend giving them a try, They have earned my trust.

Crazy overpriced wanted to charge $3200 to replace a part I could get for roughly $500 didn’t Evan mention the $150 dollar charge just to have it looked at what a joke

car was not put on a diagnostic machine just looked at for muffler repair and was charged $61.00 to literally look at NO WORK was done. Price quoted for a muffler repair was $1200. That’s insane. I looked up the actually exhaust system online it only cost $240 took my car elsewhere and was only charged $400 the price it should have been from the beginning. Snappy auto is a rip off seriously.

Yeah, good. The price is fine. The work seems good. I usually do my own repairs and am loath to let anyone touch my car but I was on vacation when the squealers started touching. Rotors, pads, alignment and oil went well (no problem installing the better than OEM parts I brought) the first day so I got a price on power steering line replacement (nasty job) got a good price and came back the next day. Might have a new mechanic.

Great service, communication as well. Did leave some grease hand prints on various spots of the car, nbd but is a small detail id appreciate cleaned up after service.

Great customer service! Snappy's Automotive was able to identify my problem and fix the issue the same day. Communication throughout the process was easy and transparent.
My issue was a check engine light with a code referencing fuel line issue. The problem ended up being a rodent chewing wires to a gas tank sensor. I appreciated the thorough diagnoses and quick fix to get me back on the road.
