Strange noise was coming from car. Asked them to help me figure out what it was. They basically just said “we don’t know” and charged me 105 bucks. I get that your time has value, but $105? Thats a lot of money for me to walk away completely empty handed.

There's a reason they've been in service for so many years, they don't try to sell you on a bunch of extra stuff and they do exactly what you need done. They don't overcharge you either and that's a great thing considering how high inflation is these days. You can tell they've no exactly what they're doing! I would recommend this shop to everybody in Delaware!

On August 9 of 2022, my 2015 Toyota Corolla needed the lower control arms replaced. I Contacted Stouts automotive and got it scheduled. While it was there they indicated the following things that needed done Lower Control Arm Left&Right, Front Swaybar Link Left&Right, and FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT. While they did all the services at the mileage of 144,832. Prior to this I just had all four brand new Pirelli All Season Plus 2 Tires (70,000 Mile Tires) put on at 135,125 miles (11/26/2021) at Tires Discounters. I also had a recommendation alignment service done at Tires Discounters at 141,587 (5/3/22) with no issues with my tires. I take my Toyota into Tires Discounters at 148,689(10/5/22)to get the tires to balance rotate and possibly an alignment since I just came back from an 830-mile trip. Tires Discounter inform me that the alignment from Stouts automotive was off by 2 degrees in the front causing excessive wear and wearing the front tires down to the cords showing. I contacted Stouts Automotive and they proceeded to say that they would only warranty the alignment that they perform even though the alignment was the reason the tires went. They only would refund me $174.02 for the issue even though the cost of two new Pirelli All Season Plus 3 installed at Tires Discounters $365.98. Not to mention the $720.81 that Stouts Automotive Charged me for the lower control arms. Everything written here has images to go with it.Service: Steering & suspension repair
