I had the absolute pleasure of shopping at Toujours Boutique, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! Tammy, the owner, provided exceptional service from start to finish. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for — and I did! I found the perfect, beautiful dress that made me feel amazing.
Tammy’s warm personality and eye for style made the experience feel personal and unforgettable. Her boutique is filled with high-quality, unique items, and you can tell she takes great pride in offering only the best to her customers.

The help and attention I received when I went in to check it out led me to spend around $60 however I walked out with so much more. I felt like a million dollars! Thanks for being a unique experience in today’s world!!!

I had beautiful used, like new, dresses, suits, skirts, etc to sell from Ann Taylor, Loft, and The Limited. I called and left a message about the clothing and no one bothered to call back.

Absolutely lovely place. The owner and staff are fantastic and the place is very clean and organized! I’m short and have fairly wide hips and small waist and was able to find 2 pairs of pants that fit very well! I will be back. It was well worth my 40 min drive from sw Columbus!!

I've been to this shop a couple times and each time I was very impressed with the selection and the prices! I walked away both times with beautiful gowns and even a couple summer dresses too 🤭
The owner is very professional and friendly and has tons of options if you don't like what's on display. Support local and shop at Toujours! You won't be disappointed!

It's an amazing, fun place to go and look for fun, cool outfits!
Tammy is an amazing owner. She's done so much with the place. She fixed me up with a holiday Christmas work party outfit. All I did was take a blouse in and say I can't find anything to go with this. I'm stuck. Help me. She fixed me up with a jacket white pants that I would have never thought to wear that look amazing and silver shoes to pull out the color in my blouse. I cannot wait to wear this outfit to our work Christmas party! Thanks Tammy, you are awesome!

Owner offered my granddaughter a job while we were shopping but later rescinded offer due to not being able to afford it. Bad business practice. Owner was also too in our faces about her beliefs. It was a bit off-putting. Nice clothes for sale otherwise.

It's is my grandmother's favorite store in Ohio. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Every employee is fantastic. I'd give the store a 6/5 if I could.

The worker started following me around the store like I was about to steal something and made me VERY uncomfortable. I ended up buying some custom converses and I had considered taking some of my clothes in to trade so I asked some questions. My friend and I had a couple of patio drinks since we were downtown - not enough to be sloppy, but while checking out I had asked my friend if she wanted to stop at one more restaurant/bar and get another drink. The clerk very rudely said, "Well be safe driving around drunk." (1. We weren't trashed, 2. We didn't even drive - we walked since we live just a few blocks away.)
Needless to say I will NOT be bringing any of my clothes/purses/shoes in here and I won't spend anymore money here. Shame since I prefer to support local businesses over chains but I'd prefer eBay or Plato's Closet to having a middle aged white woman giving me unsolicited, condescending life advice. I don't recommend shopping here unless you want to get treated like a criminal for no reason.
