The storage units here have been exactly what we needed for our move and beyond. If there was any issues, they were very easy to get in contact with. The pricing here is very comparable and reasonable. Several size storage units to choose from.

I might be early but I recently used the car wash in Marion, self service side, and the machine was $6 to start. I sprayed with soap then sprayed with wax to finish and ended up at 9.50. The moment I touched the button to end charges it went to 10. I got hit with a $15 pre auth on my cashapp that's been pending for days. Nonetheless, I think $10 for 5 minutes of wash is ridiculous. I could have drove thru the autowash for $8 or $10 and got more than soap water and wax rinse off. It's a nice wash, absolutely, but not worth $15. It looks like a very well maintained unit in a very open space which seems pretty safe to use.

I have used the storage facility for years. I made the mistake recently of letting my storage unit go unpaid and they called to let me know it would be closed if I did not pay xxx amount of dollars. I provided them with my card info to pay that off and they decided to take an extra $50 and not tell me. Fortunately, they credited my account for the $50 they stole from me after I argued with them and they were unable To justify the overcharge. Three weeks later I went to access my storage unit and they have one of their locks on it, I called them and left them a voicemail, and they said they would take it off that day. I came the next day, and the lock is still on my unit that I am currently paid up for. I have to leave for a trip in the morning and I cannot access my items because they can't walk across the street from their office to take this lock off. These people clearly cannot be trusted to take only the money that is owed to them or provide you access to your own items,you pay them to store.

After being a GOOD paying customer for storage for MORE than 2 years, they have now lost a customer. God forbid these people be understanding of ANYTHING. It's allll about the dollars for the Longs.

The office is personable and positive people to work with. They keep a clean, safe, and well maintained location. Great lighting and spacious units. I enjoyed being able to store my things there and the fees were the best in town. They currently have a great special going on and it was a very easy sign up.

Don't trust these people with your money. Document everything you pay out, you may need it and a lawyer. I was fine until I closed my storage unit, I paid a month in advance and am now over by about $105 and no one cares to answer the phone.

Do not store your belongings in these storage units! They are over priced and a rodent had gotten into my storage unit and DESTROYED my things; mice p*** everywhere and nesting materials covering everything. All of my belongings need deep cleaning and I had to throw away two large trash bags of my belongings. Some of my wooden furniture also was molded. When I alerted a two sons employee I was told "one of your boxes must have had a rodent that you brought in" NO. And that I will be charged an extra month even with my things being moved out with a two week notice. I will not pay a dime for another month of a mice infested storage unit.
