I have visited the store frequently everyone is alway polite knowledgeable friendly and helpful but today was above and beyond I needed to make copies and the gentleman helped me I wasn’t sure how to make the copies bigger so my insurance company could read it and the representative whose name I didn’t get was very kind very patient and it was exactly what I needed for my insurance. Can’t say enough good about them!!

I want to applaud Nick for his help this evening just before closing. I had an issue with what I suspected was fraud and he worked diligently to help me figure it out. In the end everything was great. He could have just told me they were closing and I would have understood but he took the time to help and seemed to genuinely care. I just want Nick to be recognized for going above and beyond to help a customer.

I can’t say enough about this UPS location. They are always so nice ! And so helpful ! Such a blessing to have here in Delaware to help with Amazon returns, spectrum returns and anything else you need. Thanks guys ! I really appreciate you.

This place is always slow. After driving to drop off Amazon returns their scanner wouldn’t scan them, they blamed my printer and told me to go home reprint come back and try again. When I asked if I could just reprint or have them manual check In The packages. They wanted to charge me 3 dollars per package. The person behind the counter seemed like a 30 year old adult child and is limited to only working the scammer apparently

After 2 trie to deliver my package, ups still failed, even given instructions and a phone number to call. Everybody on the planet can find my address except ups apparently they don't even know how to use a phone

This is one of best UPS stores in Columbus/Delaware area. This team is so nice and patient every time I come in this place. Today I was helped buy such a nice staff member but I didn't get his name but I remember he said he woke up to his house being 50 degrees and his furnace went out. Sorry I didn't get your name but big shout out for your kindness and pleasant upbeat personality. I had a package that actually was supposed to go to USPS not UPS you kindly put label in envelope and attach for me so I could run into post office with no issues. You also were very patient with me because my amazon scan wouldn't come up. I appreciate your assistance. The gentleman working with you is always really nice and pleasant too. I just wanted to take time to say thanks. People are always so quick to call in and complain more people should take time to say something nice about a company. So thanks keep up the great work...
